Thank you for shopping online at Misa Jewelry! All online orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. All credit card transactions are confidential and protected by SSL encryption.
SHIPPING
Most items are in stock and will ship within 5 business days. If items are back-ordered or made-to-order, please allow approximately 2 weeks to create due to the handmade jewelry process. Custom orders, however, will require a 2-4 week production time. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled or returned.
All online orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx and will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of $10 for US domestic shipping and $25 for all international shipping. If you would like an overnight delivery method, please email us. Please note that additional charges will apply for overnight, rush orders.
For all international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all related duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Fees are determined by the recipient's destination country and based on the retail value on your invoice; these fees are out of our control. Please contact your local customs office for more information. 
SALES TAX
All orders shipped within the state of California will incur a 9.0% sales tax charge.
ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the handmade nature of Misa Jewelry, all of the jewelry sold on MisaJewelry.com is Final Sale. We will consider the resizing of rings and chain lengths on a case-by-case basis, so please email us at info@misajewelry.com with your questions.
EXCHANGES
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to info@misajewelry.com with your inquiry and we will provide you with specific instructions on sending your item for an exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit.
